Overall Satisfaction with Ooma Office

Ooma Office is being used by all of our staff. We appreciate the versatility it gives us, with being able to dial from a soft phone on the computer, or from our own cell phones. This last aspect has been critical, since we're all working from home due to the coronavirus. Ooma Office is versatile, effective and has exceptionally competitive prices.

Pros

  • Versatility.
  • Call quality.
  • Easy to use.

Cons

  • The web-based UI glitches out occasionally.
  • I'd like the mobile app to open directly to the dial pad.
  • I wish it was easier to transfer calls from the mobile app.
  • Basic and functional phone service.
  • Easy to get new phone numbers.
  • Allows you to pick your number from a list.
Google Voice was not able to offer us the versatility with hard phone, soft phone, and mobile.
Difficult to contact customer service via phone for immediate issues. Though they are very responsive to email.
