I am a certified support for Oracle Database products; Oracle Cloud infrastructure is an exact and good solution in order to run Oracle Database products. Actually, I use Oracle Cloud infrastructure in training needs because I need to prepare workshops using this environment, too. Oracle Cloud infrastructure is better for another Cloud provider in Oracle Database technology because Only Oracle Cloud infrastructure provides Real High availability solutions, this is very important, in order to reduce Service Disruptions. Oracle Provides Oracle Zero Downtime migration tool specific to moving Loads and Data from on-premise to Oracle Cloud infrastructure.
