Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua

Our marketing department uses Oracle Eloqua as our lead management system. We capture, analyze, and pass leads to sales through Eloqua.
  • Eloqua has some robust capabilities and flexibility with regards to lead management.
  • Eloqua has great integrations with various other systems and open API's to create custom integrations to solve for whatever use cases may present themselves.
  • Eloqua is in some cases not as user friendly for some users and some parts of the application. Although with such a robust and flexible system, you lose simplicity and ease of use, so this is understandable.
  • From a product improvement perspective, Eloqua is sometimes slow to market with regards to product updates/upgrades.
Eloqua allows us the opportunity to deliver the right message at the right time, to the right people. All orchestrated and automated to scale to whatever level of complexity is needed.
  • Eloqua has afforded us the capability to effectively track and optimize all of our marketing campaigns.
  • Eloqua has helped us target the right audiences with the right campaigns in an automated fashion which has given us a huge return our on investment.
Having been a long time marketing automation customer that has used various other applications, I can attest to the robust capabilities and the comprehensive functionality of the Eloqua application by far exceed that of the competition.
Oracle Eloqua is a must have for every marketing organization to execute campaigns and conduct effective lead management.
