Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in the accounting department. We use it for G/L, employee information, and customer information (addresses and invoice details). Because we use Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for all of these areas it is extremely convenient to have them all available on one software.

ADP Workforce Now

We currently use ADP and Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. Because Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is so costly for payroll processing we have had to use ADP to finish up the processing of payroll. We use ADP for direct deposits and recording manual checks. ADP is not as user-friendly but is still a good software.

Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is extremely useful and user-friendly when it comes to payroll. It is easy for employees to use for their time cards and is easy to use for the end processor of payroll. It is also nice to have all the employee's information on one software. Very convenient.
