Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Streams

It was very complicated and we had many issues at the beginning and we were told it was our internet and it was not
PanTerra is our phone and fax system

  • not enough memory for blocking calls
  • Voicemails and faxes going to junk folders
  • Onboarding was complicated but we are up and running
  • sometimes the phone will ring on one phone but not on the others
  • Finally figured out the voicemail situation and have it deleted after the message is listened to
  • the expense is less than what the law firm was paying before
It is all according to who you speak with. I have had issues with Brandon passing the buck but then if I get someone else, like recently John I have no problems.

Being in the cloud we are getting numerous spam calls, I have been with the company for over 7 years and have never seen anything like this. The other day I contacted support about no dial tone on two of the phones and was told the devise was showing up as no registered and to reboot the system. Which I did and it still did not help so instead of stepping me through other scenarios I was told to get in touch with our IT. I told Brandon that it was not an IT issue. He was not much help and so I called through and the person I spoke with took me through other steps and got the phones up and running. I let Brandon know John got the problem fixed and his response was glad we were able to help you. Had I not called John the phones probably would still not be working. Thanks John for all of your help.
