Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Municipal Payroll-we have many different situations that arise during our payroll cycle, including union, non-union, military differential, workers' comp, holiday pay, overtime.
  • Reports are updated very fast
  • The website is well organized and the pages load very quickly
  • Information provided to employees is very thorough
  • tax set up is a little bit confusing
  • setting up new payroll codes is challenging
  • reduced errors in payroll
  • reduced payroll costs

After the most recent update, I was unable to submit payroll due to a hold on certain employees' records. I called Paylocity and was immediately transferred to someone who could help me resolve the issue. She was well versed in the issue I was having and walked me through it. She stayed with me until I completely fixed the problem.
