Overall Satisfaction with Printfection
We use Printfection to produce and ship swag for employees and customers. We ship in kits to individual locations through campaigns & collections, or we use swag in bulk at events. Printfection supports global swag needs and enables us to send swag around the world, removing the shipping bottlenecks we we face with smaller providers.
- Fantastic support teams: from picking & designing items, setting up campaigns to shipping logistics support.
- Easy to track items and progress on the website
- The order pages for external campaigns could use an interface update
- Some of the prompts when creating orders or campaigns are confusing and have led me down the wrong path
