Overall Satisfaction with Prodport
We use Prodport to run A/B testing on our product pages. Some tools already let you run A/B tests, but Prodport enables you to customize everything on the product pages. We started testing the Product images to see what customers gravitated towards, then tested the copy. I was shocked by the results and immediately started implementing those changes.
- Product images UGC versus professional model images
- UGC videos versus professional brand videos about the product
- I'm currently working with Prodport's team to build and run A/B tests so it's hard to say where I'd like to see improvements. I think if I setup the tests myself then I would be able to identify what needs to be improved.
- Being able to make changes quickly.
- I like that I don't have too embed youtube videos on the site. Prodport uses another tool
- The impact on the business is that we were able to update our copy and images based on real customer data.
