Overall Satisfaction with Progress Sitefinity

Sitefinity is used as our public facing web content management system.
  • Sitefinity is a good content management system, is scales well and has good support.
  • Sitefinity has enabled end users to build their websites quickly and easily, with little support from IT.
  • Upgrades to the application can be tedious. They use their own upgrade tool which often does not work the on first attempt.
The Sitefinity end user experience was much better than Drupal.
As a content management system for end users Sitefinity is a good tool. Our users enjoy how easy it is to build their web sites. But, like any system, we had to build functionality that was missing and customize to some extent.
