Overall Satisfaction with PushCrew

Their support staff are experts who are beyond helpful! I needed support with a certificate issue, after migrating one of our sites from HTTP to HTTPS, They handled it and helped very effectively, absolutely loved the cooperation. They saved me a lot of time with guiding me over the issues and I didn't needed to search on forums and read technical documentation on my own.
We started to use PushCrew at some of our product brands, and plan to extend it for more in the future. We love the UX and functionality, as it's easy to make sub-accounts, which are great when you have different brands and this way you can keep them separated. The technical solutions they provide are of a really high and professional level, the use of PushCrew service solved our problem with reaching mobile devices.

Til now, we haven't found a limit on our usage. I think it's just perfect, the user interface is very helpful to set up what you need in detail, and there is also a possibility to make your setup custom in many details. You can create segments of your subscribers based on their properties, create scheduled notifications and send automated behavior based notifications to drive subscribers to specific goals. Developers can use total customization via API or it's possible to monitor a company's RSS feed with PushCrew and it's able to send notifications if there's a new item in the feed. Absolutely it's up to you or your marketer to setup and create your online marketing strategy working as you wish.
Very easy to use, warmly recommending. The user interface is really professional, the work is intuitive with it. You don't need any guides to understand the functionality and how to set it up. Everything goes well on the 1st try also. It's possible to dive into the customization also using APIs, and whoever needs it is able to go deep in details. PushCrew is very helpful, the customer support is highly professional and very quick. Their support staff are experts who are beyond helpful!
