Qlik Sense Desktop

Overall Satisfaction with Qlik Sense

Qlik Sense is used by the analyst team to create retail reports. These reports can then be used by the various retail departments and business divisions to plan targets and address exclusion report issues.
  • Easy to drill down.
  • Clean user interface.
  • Easy to set up the different calculations and reports.
  • Low ETL capabilities.
  • Learning curve from Qlik View desktop to Qlik Sense.
  • Not as versatile as Qlik View desktop.
  • Positive: Identify the ever-changing best product lists.
  • Positive: Identify reasons why our stock could not be replenished.
QlikView is similar to Qlik Sense, it had more flexibility but less intuitive.
Knime is easy to track how the report was set up but the visualization is inferior to Qlik Sense.
Excel was easier to use but fewer capabilities than Qlik Sense.
Qlik Sense is best suited for reports, detailed graphs, and drill-down analysis. However, it is less appropriate if the data being used is not clean.
