Overall Satisfaction with Qualia
We have three attorneys, and we all use Qualia. My associate attorneys use it daily. I only use it occasionally now as they prepare most of the real estate transactions in the office.
- Data entry
- Document prepration
- Ease of amending information
- Intuitive
- A few areas are a little difficult to change on the settlement statements and so we have to go in manually and make those changes.
- Very positive ROI as the program is inexpensive and really enhances productivity.
We have used e-closing and, a long time ago, ABC. Qualia is easier for data entry and doesn't lose data if you forget to hit "save." It is very intuitive.
