Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks Online is employed as the conduit to market the virtual CFO niche. It allows business owners access to financial information on demand to make business decisions.
  • QuickBooks Online facilitates collaboration between users and does not demand an in-office presence, saving the client time and money.
  • I like the ability of importing, through Excel, journal entries and other information.
  • Reporting is a bit cumbersome.
  • A shorter time lag for information dissemination from write up and reconciliations to financial statements
I work mainly with the self-employed, with little to no staff. Finding out the business owners familiarity with accounting, accounting software and their willingness to work in a collaborative environment are key selling points.
