Overall Satisfaction with QuotaPath

We use QuotaPath to bring greater transparency to our sales team to understand their variable compensation as well as understanding the timing of when they will receive their compensation. Automation with our CRM has made updating earnings reports a breeze, and taken away what used to be hours of manual lift and reporting to a fraction of that time.

  • Clawbacks are a little clunky to manage, and lack some transparency

  • We have reduced payout tracking time from about 2 hours every 2 weeks to around 20 minutes every 2 weeks
  • The sales team has real-time access to self-service information versus having to wait for static spreadsheet report outs

The connection to Salesforce couldn't have been easier, and the integration functions exactly as advertised.
I have standing check-ins with our CSM to address any concerns. She has even come to a standup team meeting to retrain everyone on best practices for use. She has also connected me with an internal leader to help benchmark our earnings plans against others in the industry based on our size and revenues.
QuotaPath was the had the best ease of use for my end users, and the right price point

QuotaPath is great for making sales with defined terms and earnings periods. It requires more manual intervention for deals that don't have a definitive endpoint.

Using QuotaPath

12 - Our primary users are our quota carrying personnel to understand their variable compensation. We also have managers using the platform to track quota attainment.
