Overall Satisfaction with Ramp
We use Ramp for both our corporate cards and for requesting and processing reimbursements. Before finding Ramp, we were able to provide only a handful of staff credit cards, and our processes for accounting for purchases or providing reimbursements or handling trip reports was archaic at best. Ramp allowed us to provide physical cards to dozens of team members and virtual cards and a great reimbursement system for a hundred more. Our organization has never had a new system meet with such widescale acceptance as Ramp - for stakeholders from accounting to top management to front line workers.
- Creation and management of new cards and spending limits is insanely easy
- Reimbursements, with the proper capture of receipts and accounting line item, are a breeze to use
- Spending management is incredibly powerful, whether you need to shut down a card instantly or approve a request for a spending limit bump-up with one click
- Integration with our accounting system was seamless
- No significant deficiencies, but we would love to see a purchase request system implemented
- It has greatly reduced the time and expense for accounting
- With a cost of basically free, AND it saves time, the ROI is extremely high
- Massive reduction in bank and credit card fees
