- Availability of security, bugfix and feature updates
- System stability and long-term support
- Modular package design serving a large audience of users
- Strong participation in the Open Source community
- The desktop experience is not as good as other distributions
- Sometimes patch updates break and required manual fix
- Strong automation platforms save large amount of manual effort
- Patch availability allows quick vulnerability remediation
- Unified environment increases developer and user productivity
