Overall Satisfaction with Red Hat OpenShift
It is our preferred way to deploy applications in a cloud-compatible ways. It allows us to have better density & performance than VMs and offer more of a self-service model to our developers

- There are many areas where documentation is sparse or seems not tested, such as the steps for OIDC with PingID. Required parameters are not defined and/or options are not clear
- Positive impact. We are able to empower our developers to do what they want without impacting others if they make a mistake
