Overall Satisfaction with Redash
We use Redash as a reporting tool for our reservations database which allows us to pull reports to better be able to analyze the information about purchasing trends and other buyer behavior in line with the reservations and interactions from our team on them (management of changes, cancellations, issue reporting) but as well to provide detail around purchasing trends.

- A user friendly interface.
- No need to know how to code to generate a new report.
- Better decision on priorities.
- Better reporting to partners.
I was not a part of the decision-making team who decided to go with Redash.
