The Referrizer automation has really helped retain clients and engage them more regularly. We had been struggling with client engagement and retention, which resulted in losing clients and revenue. This tool helps us reach out and engage new and current clients much more efficiently with a lot less effort. It also allows us to get client feedback a lot easier.

- The texting option is very helpful in interacting with clients.
- The newsletter options is easy to use and helps us communicate efficiently.

- There could be some improvement with how quickly the text messages are sent.
- There could also be some improvement with the way clients are segmented.

- I had more return clients since using Referizzer, which is significant.
- Referrizer is a bit expensive so you have to make sure you are using it regularly to make it worth the cost.
Referizzer had more features like texting and Referizzer's newsletter tool is easier to use and didn't have the bugs that Constant Contact has. Constant Contact did not offer the loyalty option or coupon offers that link to the website. I also like the review options where we can ask for and filter company reviews.
