Overall Satisfaction with ResellerRatings

Our marketing team, specifically one to two members, is using ResellerRatings to collect website reviews. Our Customer Service Department also uses Reseller Ratings, but not directly. When we receive a negative review, the marketing department sends the review info to our Customer Service Team so they can contact the customer and resolve the problem.

When choosing a review platform, we looked at a number of platforms. Reseller Ratings offered most of the things we were looking for at an affordable price. This easy to use platform doesn't have unnecessary bells and whistles.
Their support team is always available whenever we need help. They've offered to pull reports for us, even though we could easily pull them from the system ourselves.

So far, we've been very happy with ResellerRatings. Our seller reviews have decreased since we began using Reseller Ratings, BUT the quality of reviews has increased drastically. Previously, we were receiving one-word reviews, such as, "cool." Now, our customers are providing lengthy reviews that will actually help future customers make decisions and help us improve our business.
