Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

Our organization has 6 locations, all using RingEX. Many of our staff work a Hybrid schedule or out in the field. The ability to use RingEX from a desk phone, workstation or mobile device allows them to stay connected and productive no matter where they are. We are still new to RingEX and exploring all the features and benefits. I appreciate the ease of being able to manage the system as the 'Super Admin' I'm able to make changes and updates as needed on my own. I also appreciated the Analytics available.
  • When I need to contact support, they are very willing to do their best to resolve my issue in real time if at all possible.
  • I like the prompts when I am on the Admin side that help guide me through changes.
  • I haven't experienced any outages so far.
  • As the Super Admin all the missed calls to our main number show on my desktop call history.
  • During our Migration to RingEX I felt our Project Manager was handling too many cases at once. We were meant to have weekly meetings and didn't. I feel it affected his response time also.
  • The Support Chat feature has been overloaded, it was actually quicker for me to call support and connect with an agent.
  • Getting a detailed description of our features has been difficult.
  • The ease of use & ability to create and manage templates & IVRs allows us to customize the product to fit our needs. And I'm able to do it myself rather than contact support for assistance.
  • The Fax feature has been really useful, and a time saver.
  • Being able to switch devices while on a call or meeting allows for more flexibility, especially for our Director staff who need to visit multiple sites during the day.
On the occasion where I have needed support, I have received prompt replies and follow-up.
Monthly reporting on call data is very easy to use, and quick. I can customize it to pinpoint the data I need. I also appreciate being able to look at the Quality of Service in real time and see how the overall service is on our system at any time.
RingEX is very user friendly, training and support are easily accessible from the desktop application. It's easier to customize your user experience. Mitel is discontinuing cloud-based systems and partnered with RingEX, we had actually looked at RingEX before we chose Mitel.

I feel RingEX has a wide variety of options available. Our experience would have benefitted from more interaction with the Customer Service team to give us a better understanding of the services we were getting and how they compared to what we had with Mitel.
