Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral Video
RingCentral is one of several video comms solutions we use at my 3 lawyer criminal defense and personal injury firm. We are called on to meet with clients on pretty much every platform out there, so RingCentral was always going to be a part of that. We use RingCentral for telephony and fax, so the video was an easy addition. It is not our primary, but it is necessary.

- Could use more broad acceptance.
- All RingCentral Apps are GUI are clunky
- The costs would be nice to see reduced.

- The costs are low and basically included in our existing account, i appreciate that
- Move Video means happier clients, and we will do anything for them.
- Zoom, Google Meet and Skype
RingCentral Video works basically as well as Google, Skype, and Zoom, however, those apps are more well known and much more industry standards. That is why we prefer them however we do use RingCentral as the backup and for some clients who prefer it for one reason or another. It is firmly on the second tier of options, but it is solid nonetheless.
