Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
We use RingEX as an integrated addition to our CRM system. It allows us to easily reach prospective candidates via text and phone call. The application runs smoothly, and the widget allows for an easy transfer of information.

It easily integrates into our CRM, so that in itself has saved me a ton of time. I don't utilize templates within applications, I keep my own word doc, so as to the automation aspects of the application, I don't often utilize those, and as a result, cannot speak to them.
Prior we had been using business lines at my firm, so this is my first experience with a web-based phone app.
