Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Intacct for our entire accounting system. All of our other software for payroll, marketing, etc., filters into Intacct for all financial reporting and analysis.
- The ability to have multi entities in one account is extremely helpful for consolidated reports.
- Customizations in almost every area.
- Constantly making improvements and offering new partnerships.
- Releasing or announcing new solutions or products that are not ready. They almost always lead to glitches, which makes it very difficult to use.
- The more customization you have in the system, the harder it is for them to provide assistance and none of the "out of the box" products or instructions work.
- We've been able to customize reports to analyze different areas of our finances.
It has allowed us to have the same GL accounts with roll up financial reporting for 35 entities.
Multi entity capabilites are key to having roll up reporting.
