Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is being used primarily in accounting, but business licenses are being issued to department managers for custom dashboards and invoice approvals. It provides real-time visibility into results and lets our reporting be more adaptive through the dimension structure.

A lot of our automation has come via third-party tools. It is nice to have an application that plugs in nicely to other software and providers.
We came off of Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) and overall have been pleased. Intacct had a robust integration with our selected field service software (Service Titan), so when we selected Service Titan; it was really a no brainer to also implement Intacct. Compared to competitors, the flexibility of Intacct with their dimension structure, has really been a key differentiator.
