Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Intacct is our general ledger system used to track all of our financial transactions. The system is used cross-functionally to streamline procurement as well as provide insight to sales users with respect to customer information. The system addresses our need for centralized information related to the finances of the business and assists us in generating meaningful reports.

We have benefited from some automation. Specifically, we utilize the upload data feature within Intacct to make posting journal entries (recurring) easier on a monthly basis. We also use recurring revenue recognition schedules which automatically post revenue for us. This is critical in a SaaS environment so we have accurate and timely revenue recognition.
