Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Intacct is our general ledger system used to track all of our financial transactions. The system is used cross-functionally to streamline procurement as well as provide insight to sales users with respect to customer information. The system addresses our need for centralized information related to the finances of the business and assists us in generating meaningful reports.

Intacct has a great user interface and is extremely streamlined. Great user experience! The ability to reconcile the bank account within the system is a huge time saver. The new features like bank feeds are also helpful in increasing efficiency and accuracy for the month-end close. We utilize these features on a daily basis to keep track of our business.
Our support has been good for the most part. Outside of some instances, we have received adequate support in a reasonable amount of time. We have run into some situations where certain issues needed to be escalated to Sage since our retailer support team was unable to address these issues for us.

We have benefited from some automation. Specifically, we utilize the upload data feature within Intacct to make posting journal entries (recurring) easier on a monthly basis. We also use recurring revenue recognition schedules which automatically post revenue for us. This is critical in a SaaS environment so we have accurate and timely revenue recognition.
Intacct works well at providing real-time reporting. It also excels in managing customer invoicing and the collections process. Intacct integrates with our Salesforce CRM that provides on demand reporting for customer information to various parties throughout the organization. It is well suited for mid-sized companies and provides a user-friendly experience.
