Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is the heart of all our work that is done on a daily basis. Everything we do is recorded in Sage Intacct. Every invoice, Every payment is listed and recorded on Sage Intacct in a clear way. There are no mistakes or messes because the program accounts for everything needed by our accounting department. It solves the problem of people editing closed months because it gives an error warning and does not allow for editing. It allows you to search through your vast amount of invoices posted by vendor, bill name, amount status etc. You can easily compare past invoices and also easily export your information to excel.
  • It gives clear reports
  • It is easy to do bank reconciliations
  • Sending out checks are a breeze with the check run reports
  • It should not sign out the user so quickly... I have to log back in at different times throughout my 8 hr work day
  • It should allow you to open up multiple tabs of the same facility to make comparisons easier
  • It should allow for contact of another user within the program
  • It allowed for everyone to be on the same page
  • We have accountability because everything is recorded
  • We make fewer errors in our work
It is very clear to the user how to find things in the program. Everything is clearly labeled and organized. If you can't remember where to find something then you can look at the different tabs and labels to find it. It is very easy to use in that respect.
I haven't really used the support that is associated with Sage Intacct. But, based on the usage of the program and the features that it has, I would assume that the support for Sage Intacct is great.

My organization has benefited from this automation immensely. We have both an accounts payable department and an accounts receivable department. Sage Intacct allows for seamless integration of the information that we have. The automation process makes everything so much easier, so much less technical work is involved in these areas.
QuickBooks is a great program as well, but I think that for my area of work, Sage Intacct is a better option. Quick books contains a lot of variations, as opposed to Sage Intacct which is more tailor-made for my work of Accounts payable. That is how I would compare the two.
Sage intacct is very well suited for an accounts payable department. It allows the user to easily keep track of invoices and send out checks and payments as well. I can not vouch for the suitability of Sage Intacct for other departments, but for finance it is certainly a huge asset!
