Overall Satisfaction with SALESmanago CDP & Marketing Automation

SALESmanago is used to manage marketing automation in my company.
It solves the challenges of managing data on-site and offsite and implements various marketing solutions.
SALESmanago tools are mostly used by the marketing/performance and e-commerce team.
Newsletter emails, web pushes, website optimization, and many more are done on daily basis.

  • Easy to use
  • Tailor to your business
  • Sometimes too many options
  • Not everything is always clearly shown and addressed
  • Few changes(on the platform) over the months caused problems and not solutions
  • Lowering the sales funnel
  • Improve onsite experience
  • Lowering COS
In my opinion, SALESmanago is a system that gathers plenty of important tools in one ecosystem and it does it mostly smoothly.
All the tools on SALESmanago seem to be well connected between each other.
This system was chosen by my predecessors and specific details about decision making is not known to me.

SALESmanago is well suited to manage users and data that is gathered on-site. It helps improve website experience and tailor marketing automation solutions for business.
Data and users gathered on site are easily manageable in several tools in SALESmanago - email marketing, notifications.
In some cases, not every option is easily accessible.
