Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business One

Operations, Finance and Order management currently uses SAP B1 in our organization. It is great for our small hopefully scaling business and managing inventory needs.

Make sure you have the end goal in sight when setting up your new system. The team member who implemented our system was very focused on inventory management, but not very focused on producing summary reports, which don't exist. He never explored reporting add ons or developed any Crystal reports and we struggle daily to summarize information.
This is just as powerful for our purposes as the Oracle system I used in my prior employment, with lower maintenance costs and easier maneuverability.
It's been really good for helping us manage inventory. We struggle a bit with getting data out of the system at times, but that could be because we've transitioned staff recently and prior management was database management focused not reporting focused.
