I Use Concur for travel and expenses.
it’s a very user intuitive and convenient tool for travel/expenses
Scope: flights, car rental, hotel reservations and submitting travel related expenses as well as other corporate related expenses like training and mobile expenses. I also approve expense reports for my direct reports.

S/4HANA and Power BI what we were able to achieve: 1. faster reimbursement process 2. automation for receipts comparison 3. Better Employee and expense reporting since it’s connected to S/4 4. easier upload of receipts 5. Mobile app helps on the go users quite a bit When access to laptop is difficult

Concur has helped with increasing efficiency at our organization. Travel and Expenses are an every tedious but important task , any tool to make it easier increases employee comfort and engagement. following features helped: 1. Drag and drop functionality for adding receipts 2. It accepts more different file types than earlier like .jpg, .pdf 3. mobile app for clicking picture of receipts to use later. Helps coz you don’t need to keep hard copies

Admin: Makes reconciliation and disbursement of funds easy. In built Auditor checks for concerns and highlights them without manual user intervention.
Users: easier to upload and keep track of receipts now.
