Overall Satisfaction with SAP Customer Data Solutions

We knew we could make better use of our website before working with the SAP Customer Data Platform, and we needed a partner who could help us do so. We have observed an improvement in conversion rate and customer retention since establishing individualized interest-based web experiences for our clients. We are also seeing a lower bounce rate since clients are more inclined to pay attention when they only view screens that make sense to them. We intended to increase our advertising spend and make better use of our marketing budget, SAP Customer Data Platform Predictive Audience has proven quite helpful in achieving this goal.

Currently, this RaaS service appears to be appropriate for any record-based requirement where we need to utilize the same database for numerous apps since it unifies the whole customer base and provides the data in a unified manner, which is excellent for a business. Although I would not advocate this solution for small firms with a single B2C application, it is perfect for companies who do not have a large number of developers. On the other hand, if the company has full-fledged developers, they will select alternative market possibilities.
