Overall Satisfaction with SAP Fieldglass

It is use as an client portal in our office. From where we extract the candidate details and enter them into JOB DIVA'S profile so that the working hours can be automatically fetch from the client portal. And we also extract weekly report from SAP Fieldglass in excel form to know the working hours of the candidates. And we can also get the information from it that what is the bill rate and pay rate of the candidate.

  • help to know the worker ID of the candidates
  • Need to be changed User-interface because it bit difficult to some segment
  • sometimes it takes too much time to fetch the candidate's details. Loading time is too high.
  • If you do not have high-speed internet then it loads very slowly
  • It can help any organization to get good candidates
  • It is very easy to enter the candidate's details in this and people can easily do this process.
This Application is very beneficial for our organization because we can easily download the working hours of the candidate in excel form from here and compare how much time they worked and how much time they did not work. On the basis we pay them. And we keep this Application as the primary one in our organization.
If you want to present details from SAP Fieldglass you will need Log in credentials as without credentials you will not be able to log in to SAP Fieldglass. After logging in, you can search by entering the name of the candidate and from there you can get all the information of the candidate like their hours, their worker ID, their pay rate, their bill rate and many other details.

Like we can easily search any candidate details and setup coddler in in JOB DIVA so that we can easily get the working hours. And we can easily get the pay rate and the bill rate of the candidates. And also we can get easily work week of the candidates.
