Overall Satisfaction with Sendspark
We use it to personalize the sales outreach in our vertical. Sales outreach through cold email didn't have the impact that personalized video message was going to do. This will be our primary tool for personalization, new clients onboarding/offboarding, training, and any further support through a video tutorial.

- Initial 5 seconds video quality can be improved more, although, past that time, it uses HD for output.
