Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We now use SharpSpring as a central tool behind both our business and our clients' business. We expect it to grow in strength as the system becomes more robust and effective, making it a household name. It takes a while to get the engine running so to speak but once it does, you will find yourself leaning on SharpSpring a great deal, if used correctly.
- Fantastic support.
- Complete with most features needed.
- Stamp out the bugs.
- Make sure email deliverability is as good as can be.
- More resources that offer advice and insight to particular industries so clients can shape their automations around expertise.
- ROI depends on the type of client using the platform because the reason behind doing so might vary and this will impact how ROI is measured.
If implemented correctly it can almost be applied to any business that conducts a lot of online activity. It does require time and effort in the initial stages as this is where a great deal of content building and configuration will take place but once complete, the system should start to show the reasons why it is used and how it can add value to any business.
