Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is being used to automate our agency's marketing efforts and 3 of our clients' marketing by nurturing leads, sending out emails, creating automation, and seeing which visitors are coming to our websites. Each profile uses it differently, but the main solution is to streamline how we do marketing overall. So far, it's being used by the entire organization.

  • The landing builder can be improved by offering more templates and an easier way to manipulate the links.

There is a lot of heavy lifting to complete when setting up a SharpSpring account from scratch. Even though the SharpSpring team is there to help with the first account, you have to set up the rest on your own. Once you get the hang of it, it's not as bad as it seems.
