Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring to handle our Marketing Automation and generate leads for our business. We are also resellers and use our own example to showcase the benefits of SharpSpring to other potential clients. We are a small company of less than 10, but what we can do with SharpSpring allows us to be very efficient and is worth 1 extra person in the organisation to us. SharpSpring allows us to bring all our marketing and sales activity into 1 platform. Seeing the first interaction through to final sale and even, the recommendation in 1 path. This can then be dissected and analysed to see where true value and efficiencies lie within the process.

Pros

  • Keeping in touch with with customers & potential customers with relevant information.
  • Managing the sales pipeline so no-one falls through the cracks.
  • Seeing the whole journey from first touch point to final sale.

  • Social media tracking could be expanded to include Instagram.
  • Better integration with more ecommerce platforms.
  • More notice of new features before they arrive.
  • We have expanded our potential customer base.
  • Our marketing is more efficient and focused.
  • Our business has grown 30% over the past 12 months.

SharpSpring may not be quite as feature-rich as HubSpot, but it is nearly there, and with the price difference, SharpSpring was the best overall for us. It had everything in we needed to get started and deliver results. Also, they have an ambitious roadmap to constantly update, improve and upgrade SharpSpring, and since we have been users, we have seen several big additions and improvements, which has been a big help to us.
It is best suited where there is a sales process for the buyer to go through. So for items that require research and interaction with the seller before a decision to purchase is made. Items that are purchased instantly, there and then and require less thought, don't require software like SharpSpring.
