Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use SharpSpring for marketing automation and as a sales CRM. I've been pleasantly surprised and the ease of use and robust functionality of the platform. As a demand generation marketer, I have used several other tools that required extensive training and the hiring of a consultant to properly implement. SharpSpring was was to implement and I was able to become a proficient user in just a matter of weeks. The automation features have been a huge support as we have a small team and don't have the time to do a lot of manual tasks.
- I'm very pleased with the reporting feature. It allows me to analyze and report on our marketing data quickly and easily to our stakeholders.
- Creating visually appealing and personalized emails is very simple. Much easier than other tools I have use.
- I was able to train a very junior team member on how to use the tool. They picked it up quickly.
- I'd like to see the ability to create a custom lead status.
- Our sales operations team would like more customizable sales reporting.
- Having insights to our campaign performance allows us to make better decisions on what channels to invest in and what we should pull back on.

SharpSpring is so much simpler to use than other tools. And it does not skimp on features. They have managed to create the best of both worlds.
