Overall Satisfaction with SignRequest
Within the company all departments are using SignRequest. Sales started using SIgnrequest for clients. Not long after that all agreements within the company (e.g. employment contracts) and between partner companies were also signed with Signrequest. Above all, it saves al lot of time because we do not have to print out contracts anymore. Storage of documents is easier and the sales cycle is shortened.
- Shortens the sale cycle. Quotes come back signed faster.
- SignRequest indicates the stage of the document e.g. if a customer received the contract, read it, or already signed it.
- The availability of a signing order makes it perfect for internal (audit) use.
- Sometimes it takes a while before documents are uploaded.
- Not all customers understand the process of signing the first time.
- Saves a lot of time for salespeople and our managers
- Improves our document storage and auditibility
- Sales cycle is made shorter by lowering barrier for clients in terms of time and energy
- Monitoring of salesfunnel is made easier
Unfortunately, I have no experience with alternatives. SignRequest seemed the most value for money at the time we made the decision to start e-signing.
