Overall Satisfaction with Sizmek
Currently, we use Sizmek for all of our reporting and its only used within our department.
- Allowing customization of automated reports which can be tailored towards individual partners.
- Reporting is easy to read and provides great detail.
- "Campaign Monitor" is amazing at providing real time performance.
- We should have the ability to put multiple KPIs on our reports.
- There should be cohesive transparency between both agency and publisher's reportings. This issue causes us to sometimes depend on our publisher's numbers.
- Though easy to read and navigate, Sizmek's dashboard could be a bit more seamless in its functionality.
Both have great offerings, however they both miss points when trying to enhance day to day productivity. DoubleClick provided great detail, however Sizmek is able to show the same information with less amount of steps. Still Sizmek's interface provides what's needed but sometimes can cause issues with long loading or sometimes not providing the requested information at all.
