Overall Satisfaction with Socio

We use the Socio platform to enhance our marketing and participation efforts. This includes using the gamification aspect of the app to increase product awareness, revenue, and end-user satisfaction with our products and services. We also use the full application for our biannual in-person software training conferences held across the US. Using the app during the live events increases participant interaction, networking, and overall experience.

  • Gamification Rocks!
  • Ability to send out text blasts to attendees
  • Using the Gamification aspect for marketing directly increased the sales of our add-on modules to existing customers.
