Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff is being used by our organization to help reps and managers track their commission earnings in general as well as which part of their commission earnings will show up on their next paycheck.

The business problem this solves is that this was previously done manually and caused some friction/confusion between Operations who manages commission payouts and Sales who receive them.

  • Shows the breakdown of commission per period
  • Shows the breakdown of commission per rep
  • Our operations team has had some trouble making it customized and dynamic for when plans change or teams change from manager to manager.

If your team of sales people is more than say 5-10, I imagine without this tool it would be a huge pain and a very manual process.
