Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Spiff is only being used by our sales team. We have it integrated with our CRM, Salesforce. It pulls fields from Salesforce and populated the commissions/bonuses underneath specific users. The users are pulled from Salesforce by pulling the USER IDs.
- Account managers are very good at responding back to you.
- They work with you to find a solution to the problem you are facing.
- The user interface is exceptionally well done
- The integration with Salesforce is a little complex. I wish there were things we could do on our end to fix issues.
- The pricing is a little to much for a smaller business
- I wish there were more ways to categorize commissions.
- Exporting data could be done in a neater way. The exported file is a little awkward.
- There's been a few issues with integration with our Salesforce instance
