Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff is only being used by our sales team. We have it integrated with our CRM, Salesforce. It pulls fields from Salesforce and populated the commissions/bonuses underneath specific users. The users are pulled from Salesforce by pulling the USER IDs.

  • Account managers are very good at responding back to you.
  • They work with you to find a solution to the problem you are facing.
  • The user interface is exceptionally well done
  • The integration with Salesforce is a little complex. I wish there were things we could do on our end to fix issues.
  • The pricing is a little to much for a smaller business
  • I wish there were more ways to categorize commissions.
  • Exporting data could be done in a neater way. The exported file is a little awkward.
  • There's been a few issues with integration with our Salesforce instance

I think it should be evaluated for any companies that are looking for an easy way to set up commissions. The pricing is decent, but the customer service is fantastic. I only know about its integration with Salesforce, but I imagine it can integrate with almost every CRM as it pulls from fields and has custom formulas on the backend to reference those fields.

Spiff Training

The training was conducted by our Spiff Account Manager and they would even create recorded videos we could send to the sales team so when they log in, they would understand how to use Spiff. Account managers at Spiff are a huge reason why I like that company.
