Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We’re using Spiff across our whole sales organization. It provides transparency to the commission earners and allows for easy tracking of past and current commissions.
  • The UI is super intuitive.
  • It shows past commissions and compares past and current performance.
  • Segments commissions into categories so it’s easy to see which channels are producing.
  • Notifications that would incentivize performance like “you’re currently 22% behind where you were last month at this time” for example.
  • Reporting the commission categories (charts, graphs, etc.).
  • Decreased commissions processing time.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Increased transparency.
Super easy to use and set up.
It has absolutely increased the level of trust. Mistakes can be seen much easier.

Spiff is well suited anywhere salespeople need more transparency in commissions, especially where commission is spread out over multiple months or where payments vary in amount. It's probably not necessary for salespeople who only have a few sales per year or where commission isn’t spread out over time.
