[TIBCO Data Virtualization] is [has great performance] and [the] overall cost is much reasonable than other competitors. The wide range of services/features make it the perfect solution for our data needs. [TIBCO Data Virtualization] has always met our quality needs.
[TIBCO Data Virtualization] solved many issues, we used to collect and analyze data from different sources, internally and externally, that effort was time consuming and not always efficient. Without [TIBCO Data Virtualization] we [wouldn't have grown] this much and we would've been way behind our competitors.
We already [had] a relationship with the company and we trust their solutions. The cost is reasonable and we don't have to worry about quality, a few checks every month is just a routine to make sure no regression happens for new upgrades. We're not sure if other competitors would provide similar experience but we're happy with [TIBCO Data Virtualization].

Generally it redireced our infrastructure cost drastically. Therefore, our ROI and customer satisfaction were also enhanced since we started using TIBCO. would recommend for any organization with complex infrastructure.
We migrated from our existing on premises solution to TIBCO after some research and pursuit of a better alternative. TIBCO was our best candidate and the migration process were smooth and straightforward with some minor issues that TIBCO support team happily assisted us with.
We had several TIBCO based applications before adopting its cloud capabilities. The integration was simple without much complications and also their support team assisted us several times.
We deal with a multiple customer in multiple locations, thus, scalability was a must with the growing customer needs. TIBCO provided more than we actually need and the growing clients issue was taken care of by TIBCO.

When we first migrated to TIBCO cloud, we needed support several times, and TIBCO support were most patient, professional and supportive. I had no complaints about it, in fact, they did more than what we are asking which positively surprised me.
Definitely yes, I had a couple of suggestions for them but they explained to me that those features already exist in the solution but I just didn't notice them. Other than that, I believe they do care about their customers satisfaction because they continuously improving and always one step ahead of the market needs.
