Jama Software for Requirements Management and Doors Next Generation.
Large satellite development program with a complex design and lots of requirements. Project included more than 150 people. It took about 3 to 5 months to research and purchase the product. Product was required to manage a large number of requirements at different levels of abstraction.

I look at demonstration videos, and how well the product integrates with other products. I also highly consider their customer support platform and response time.
