Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

TSheets is used in replacement of paper timesheets. It has been great not to have all the approvers sign the paper form and return it back to payroll. Also the transition from paper timesheets time entry to automatic time entry has been great. Elaine (EM1) was a big help in setting up TSheets for our company. TSheets employees are always courteous and fast for answering questions that we have.

  • Great connection with Quickbooks
  • Scheduling should talk with timesheets. Should be able to click on scheduled time to appear on timesheet.
  • Need to be able to change header for "Customer" when syncing with quickbooks
  • Need to be able to customize how many rows an employee sees in their timesheet.
  • Streamlines the payroll process.
For our company, we are a school. This is well suited for when you want to transition from paper to electronic. We spend a lot of time tracking down paper timesheets and spend a lot of time doing manual entry of time. This streamlined the payroll about 50%-60% of the time.
