Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

We are rapidly approaching the end of our 30-day trial with TSheets, and this product is AMAZING! It is effective, efficient and fun to use. I'm looking forward to analyzing the cost savings I'm sure we will experience over time! I have used other time tracking software in the past, but TSheets is the best, most user friendly and adaptable. I highly recommend it! Lastly, customer support, especially Kristin, and the entire implementation team are the best! Thank you TSheets for your efforts and hard work that's gone into such a great product!
  • TSheets allows the tracking of time spent on jobs/tasks.
  • TSheets provides nice downloadable reports; reports have graphs.
  • TSheets makes time submission and approval fast and easy.
  • TSheets makes implementation of jobs/tasks very simple by importing directly into their platform.
  • TSheets makes staff set up very easy and simple.
  • I don't have any recommendations for improvement at this point as I am still exploring TSheets and the many functionalities that it has.
  • Due to being in the early stage of using TSheets, I believe it is undoubtedly having a positive impact but just not measurable at this time.
I have used Click Time, but not evaluated it.
I believe the best scenario in which TSheets is most advantageous is for companies with virtual and hourly staff members or salaried staff who want to be cognizant of how they spend their time. It may be less appropriate for companies who have a payroll system with built-in time tracking software.
