Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform
We have only been using UiPath as a business for a few months at this stage, and we are currently using UiPath for our IT Service Desk and Operations teams. The scope will be expanding further in the new year. It gives us the ability to be more competitive and reduce costs.
Pros
- The suite of tools is great. Each of the different tools available has a purpose and provides benefits.
- The reusability of components means that development time can be reduced as you go.
Cons
- StudioX needs more functionality
- Developing using Studio is more complex than I initially expected it to be
- One project will provide over $100,000 benefit in year one and that will continue to increase in year two.
- Our projects, which are approaching release, will provide the benefits of approximately 4 FTE.
