Overall Satisfaction with UKG Dimensions

We're currently in the process of converting from Kronos WFC to Dimensions. This will be used by our entire organization and we're really looking forward to the efficiencies that Dimensions will create for our employees and our HR staff.

Dimensions has so much more functionality over its predecessor, Workforce Central. We're really excited about workflows and automated tasks/communications based on triggers.

Dimensions will streamline a lot of work that we are currently doing manually. I appreciate the amount of time and attention that is being provided to ensure the system is customized to our specific needs. Again, we're still in the conversion process, but I have very high hopes that this will create a lot of efficiencies for our HR staff.
