Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

We use UKG Ready for all of our personnel recordkeeping and payroll. It has eliminated the need for any paper based records for onboarding and employee tracking, and has cut the payroll process turnaround from 5 to 2 days. The self service, web based interface has reduced the time that HR has to commit to help with employee questions and issues. It has also streamlined the 3rd party vendor relationship through EDI interfaces.
  • PTO Tracking and Accrual
  • Holding employees and manager accountable for accuracy of the timecard data
  • Ease of importing timecard data into Pro for payroll processing
  • Timecard data reporting lack of ability to format
  • Two way communication between Ready and Pro not always 100%
  • With the addition of Hireology it has made posting more efficient
  • Self service has reduced the time HR has to dedicate to employee issues
  • Optimum Solutions HRIS (discontinued)
Ready is lightyears ahead of Optimum, it has been a huge time savings from all the manual process we needed with Optimum
Once a person learns the layout, it is very intuitive to navigate.
Ready is not integrated with any other software we utilize
